How is it mounted?
A slim aluminum track is fastened under the eaves or along the fascia, and the lights sit inside it. It's color-matched as closely as possible so it blends in during the day.
Can I change colors and schedules myself?
Yes. Everything runs from an app on your phone: colors, brightness, effects and sunset schedules. It's set up with you before the visit ends.
Will it survive storms and salt air?
The track is low-profile and fastened tight to the fascia, and the lights are rated for outdoor use. Near the beach, we check the rating fits salt-air exposure.
Does my HOA allow it?
Many do, especially in warm white. Check your HOA rules first; in white mode it looks like architectural lighting rather than holiday lights.
How is it priced?
